Live music venues, multiple pools, convenient marina access

Disappointing room cleanliness protocols!!! The outdated shower left water everywhere, and the gym equipment could definitely use an upgrade. It felt like a party spot rather than a relaxed retreat.

Definitely a couple's retreat! !

My wife and I felt truly welcomed by the staff, especially when we stumbled upon those gorgeous views at sunset. The pools were immaculate,, and we spent hours lounging next to one while sipping drinks from the bar.

I had a fantastic time in my One Room Suite with a Balcony, where I really loved the walk-in shower and comfy bed that made me feel right at home. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only thing I missed was having food options delivered to my room, but overall it was a great stay! 🌅

The Tanglewood Resort has a cozy bar and grill that serves some seriously tasty bites. Fabulous lake views. Our suite was decked out nicely, clean, and comfy, adding to the overall good vibes of our stay.

I was kind of bummed that I had to ask for housekeeping daily. that should be a given! Plus, the staff could brush up on the local hotspots and the merch sizing—come on, I wanted to score a T-shirt!

Had an awesome time with friends! The live music at the Tiki Stage was a highlight, and we spent hours lounging by the pool, which even has cabanas for chilling out. The game room was a blast too, with foosball and shuffleboard. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway.

One downside was that the staff at the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very helpful at times.

We had an awesome time! Monica was super helpful, pointing us to fun spots nearby. The food was surprisingly good, especially the bar area! Just wish the gym had better equipment.

Spent a fun weekend enjoying the large pool area and beautiful views from the tower room. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the dining experience fell short with slow service and limited menu options. The property seemed outdated, needing some renovations to feel truly like a resort.

i had a fantastic weekend stay in pottsboro! the villa was comfortable with a stunning lake view, and the pools were a hit with my kids. we loved dining at the onsite bar and grill, which offered great food options.

Comfortable room, excellent amenities, we enjoyed the great views of Lake Texoma from the patio while relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool.

The pools were awesome for family fun, and we took advantage of renting golf carts to explore the area. Loved the cozy bar and grill vibe—perfect for a chill evening after a day in the sun! The peppercorn steak is a must-try!
